Care Credit offers payment plans from 6 to 60 months. 

Care Credit is a medical credit card for pet and personal medical expenses. Apply online, over the phone, or in our office. Care Credit will notify you instantly if you have been approved with the credit limit. If approved, it can be used to pay medical bills at the time of service, allowing you to set up a payment plan that works for you. Joint applications are accepted.

We can help you apply for care credit here at our office during regular business hours. If applying in our office you must have 2 forms of current ID, one must be a photo ID.
